Attention London Film Geeks, especially Romero and SHAUN zombie lovers!

Ahoy, squirts! Quint here stateside with some cool info for my brothers across the pond. It seems that FilmFour and Somerset House are doing a helluva film series this August that culminates in a special double feature of George A. Romero's LAND OF THE DEAD (one of the first official UK screenings) and immediate cult classic SHAUN OF THE DEAD. Now, I've got it on good authority that the SHAUN/LAND double feature will be attended by both Edgar Wright and Simon Pegg if not more familiar faces. You can ask them about how they're adapted to the life of the undead after sacrificing themselves to Romero in order to be featured zombies in LAND. You know Romero prefers realism, so he really asked them to drink the "special" Koolaid. Being the good geeks that they are, our boys took the plunge.

Anyway, that's cool and it's also cool that they're showing FLASH (Ahh-ahh) GORDON on the big screen as well. Go for the cheese, stay for the Queen, I say. The full detail of the event's run is below! Enjoy!
