This is a rumor... R-U-M-O-R. Not necessarily the real deal. I can't imagine the actor mentioned below for STRETCH ARMSTRONG, as that character always brought Arnold in a blond wig to my brain, but hey... I don't know. Scary thoughts for sure. Who do y'all see as Stretch?
Talk about odd casting. I was at work today when a man in a DREAMQUEST MIGHTY JOE YOUNG crew shirt caught my attention.
I got to talking to him about the movie's progress & he said that the effects were STILL not done. He said that they had 3 shots left, but the movie will be on time. He said the animated CG ape looks amazing!!
I asked him what projects they had coming up and he said INSPECTOR GADGET & INSTINCT(?).
He also mentioned that a live action Stretch Armstrong is being made and that the part of the title role will most likely go to...ready for this??.....Danny Devito! Odd choice, I guess they are going for a full on comedy.
