The Beautiful Eyes of Nicole Kidman Will Strain For The Strange Visions of Diane Arbus in FUR!

Hey folks, Harry here... I've told you about Diane Arbus and her life before. Anyone with a fascination for the boardwalks and the people behind the curtain of sideshows has seen through Diane Arbus' amazing lens. Her photographs were so evocative of the beauty inherent in even the strangest places and people. Her life was no picnic and even ended in suicide. Now - it seems one of the most glittering of all stars is destined to play her. According to Hollywood Reporter & Variety Nicole Kidman is in negotiations to play the complicated Diane Arbus. Also, it seems Robert Downey Jr is also looking to join the project.

I'm very much looking forward to this project. If you want to become familiar with her work, the best book of her photographs that I'd recommend is this one:

Essentially this book covers a great deal of her life and how she approached her subjects. From the full page images to her contact sheets which show how she captured the visions she's known for. Her photos are a document of the strange and unusual from the 50's & 60's. I'd love to read this script, It's gotta be something amazing!
