Cool new spy, "Inspect-Her-Gadget" chimes in on where you Pittsburghians can go watch some filming on INSPECTOR GADGET. Take your telephoto lens, your camcorder and some geeky enthusiasm, cause you could be witnessing some awesome coolness. And I'd love to hear how it goes too!!! Alrighty here's the report...
Being a native Pittsburgher, or "yunzer" as we are called here, I've got the lowdown on some Inspector Gadget news.
Apparently next week the 6th Street Bridge, a huge yellow cable bridge that runs directly into downtown Pittsburgh, will be shut down next week for some scenes in the new IG movie. 6th street will be shut down also. This street is 1/4 mile from 3 rivers Stadium. Anyway, the Gadget crew will be filming a car chase there. The trick is that Gadget and a villian (no word on a name) will be fighting ON TOP the cars as they careen through the "Burgh. I can just imagine Gadget having the Gadget-copter out and him and a villian bouncing from car to car fighting, while in the meantime his dog (I can remember his name. Is it Bean?) drives below. I got this info from a business owner on 6th street that is pretty pissed that nobody will be able to get to his store, so I believe it. Anyway, I hope this helps and keep up the great work!!!
