Looks like Mimi-Siku is boy reporter Jimmy Olsen!!!

Ahoy, squirts! Quint here... Now, I really dig Sam Huntington's flicks... I love DETROIT ROCK CITY, he's really funny in the mostly good ROLLING KANSAS and his spoof of Chris Klein in one of my favorite guilty pleasure movies, NOT ANOTHER TEEN MOVIE, had me cracking up.

NOW HOLLYWOOD REPORTER IS SAYING HE'S CAST IN SUPERMAN AS JIMMY OLSEN!

I'm a little surprised by this casting since my source, who correctly fingered Kevin Spacey as Lex and James Marsden having a role in the film, was sure that Shawn "Iceman" Ashmore had the boy reporter role locked down. Maybe Singer didn't want to just throw his X-CAST into SUPERMAN or Ashmore had to turn the role down... or my source was just wrong, who knows? I like Huntington and I'm curious to see how he interacts with Kate Bosworth, Hugh Laurie and Brandon Routh. So far, this seems to be suffering the X-MEN "casting way too young" syndrome, but I have faith in Singer making this a film that knocks us down and wipes away the memory of Nuclear Man from our brains!
