Hi, everyone. "Moriarty" here with some Rumblings From The Lab...
Okay, I know... I know... we’re all supposed to hate FANTASTIC FOUR sight unseen. Or at least, that’s the way it looks based on the talkbacks yesterday. I’ll admit that I’m very skeptical, but it’s not a knee-jerk thing. I’ve got a lot of problems with the characterization in the script I read, and I think there are some production design things that are just maddening. Having said that... are you really rooting for them to fail? I mean, it’s the FANTASTIC FOUR. This is one of the crown gems of the Marvel universe. Can’t we all just cross our fingers and hope that they’re going to pull it off?
The trailer’s in theaters today, but for now, there’s a snippet of it online that MTV ran yesterday:
Hey,
Scott (and Dave) here again from Internapse with a huge exclusive... maybe not as big as the Star Wars trailer, but if you're a comic book geek like me.. then it may be equal to it.
Internapse's sister site, located at Fantastic411, run by a friend of mine and myself, just posted the 20 seconds of footage that ran on TRL on Thursday.
It's awesome.. and let's just hope the server holds up.
:)

Thanks, guys. Let’s see how long it takes to break that server’s back, eh?
"Moriarty" out.
