Stan Lee Vs. The Thing! Behind the scenes of FANTASTIC FOUR here!!!

Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. Call me cynical, call me pessimistic, but I'm still not sold on this movie. I do admit that in the below behind the scenes doc over at Yahoo Movies The Thing looks 100 times better than any of the stills or earlier footage made him look and it's also damn cool to see Stan Lee get some lines in his cameo. It seems that the filmmakers and stars seem to have a deep respect for Stan "The Man" Lee which makes me happy.
However, I think that if they wanted to truly respect the man they wouldn't have based the film on the Ultimates look/story and actually used what made the Fantastic Four so popular for the last three plus decades. They were never my favorite books in the world (give me my mutants and smart-ass webslingers), but certainly Dr. Doom should be ashamed of his appearance and hide behind his mask, not have his armor as some mutation byproduct. Certainly Sue Storm should look more than 18 years old. Ben Grimm looks much better (especially in that trenchcoat and fedora), but you can still see his costume bend around him in some areas... Look at what they did with Hellboy's Right Hand of Doom. It looked like stone, moved like stone. Maybe Grimm will get a CG workover in post... I don't know... I'm hoping for the best, but bracing myself for the worst. What about you folks?
