Hey folks, Harry here... I have no clue if this film will be worthwhile to any of you out there... but for me, this film is a delicate piece of Harry history. When Revolution Studios was in negotiations with the University of Texas for not only the location for the film, but also to lend the film its history and reputation of the Longhorn Cheerleaders, Bevo, Hex Night and so on. Well, it was later the night after Todd Garner had met with the administration at U.T. that he and I had dinner and he popped the question about whether or not I'd like to produce movies. That being said - it doesn't really mean much more to me than an interesting footnote... Having said that... after being extremely proud of U.T. and feeling that this year's Longhorns have more character as a team, than any in recent memory. The last 3 games have been amazing sports dramas. Especially that Kansas game. But - given my entire High School life in Seymour, where every single year U.T. lost to A&M... Having them double their score and defeat them.... well it fill me with school pride, which then watching this trailer... somehow, it makes absurdist sense.
