Hey folks, Harry here... I kinda hate that Cameron is being given such a hard time by fans right now for pursuing passions instead of needless sequels or films he isn't yet ready to make. To me, the films we get from a filmmaker of Cameron's calibre are gifts. Now, after a better part of decade of exploring and pursuing dreams... developing technology... honing ideas, scripts and materials till HE is ready to make them... That he came out on NPR and said BATTLE ANGEL was next was exciting, but folks... honestly, I'm excited to see ALIENS OF THE DEEP (even if it is the worst title since SNAKES ON A PLANE). The trailer below shows spectacular imagery both real and imagined. Tying things from THE ABYSS to his yet unrealized MARTIAN aspirations together into a story about where the research begins. Check it out!
