Hi, everyone. "Moriarty" here with some Rumblings From The Lab...
Talk about a film with mixed buzz. I know people working on or around the film who have nothing good to say, but I have also heard a few very enthusiastic reports about what’s going on. I still think this is one of the most difficult properties to adapt that’s underway right now, because it’s not the easiest piece to open up to an audience. I don’t think it’s anywhere near as audience-friendly as LORD OF THE RINGS was. Having said that, I certainly wish them well, and I’m curious to get a look for myself. For now, this is a good report to pique that curiosity further:
Hey, I just wanted to let you know that we got a great set report for the Narnia film in today written by Taniwha. They are in Oamaru right now and Taniwha describes visiting Aslan's camp and seeing the White Witch, red dwarfs, and full size models of beavers, fauns, centaurs and minotaurs.
