Hi, everyone. "Moriarty" here with some Rumblings From The Lab...
Y’know, I had people tell me for something like six months that I just HAD to see THE LOST SKELETON OF CADAVRA, and that I’d love it, and that it was a great gentle satire of bad films, and that it was really well made, and when I finally did sit down to watch it, I had trouble making it through 20 minutes of the thing. I didn’t think it was a parody of bad films so much as it was a bad film. Having said that, when I was sent an e-mail steering me to a site designed to help director Larry Blamire get his new film STEAM WARS off the ground, I was really impressed by what I saw. I want to see this movie. As far as I can tell, this is still just a dream project, but I’m running it here because if anyone out there wants to help him realize this dream, I promise right now... I’ll buy a ticket.
Hey Harry,
I'm not sure at what point in the creative life-cycle you consider a concept fully birthed and, subsequently, legitimate movie news but I feel almost morally impelled to pass on the word about Larry Blamire's (The Lost Skeleton of Cadavra) long gestating concept for "Steam Wars".
The site offers a frustratingly brief glimpse into the womb of his brainchild, including sketches, paintings and excerpts of (no doubt) copious notes from long years of sweaty obsession -- and promises the explosive, wet and smelly afterbirth of an entire universe being born on-screen.
YOU KNOW YOU WANT IT FOR TO SMOTHER AND LICK! GO!

Thanks for the heads-up. Enjoy the sneak peek into what this guy’s working on, folks.
"Moriarty" out.
