BRYAN SINGER OFF THE X-MEN?!?!?!!!! EVERYBODY READ!!!

Folks here is a possible sad note about THE X-MEN movie, word just hit me that Bryan Singer is off of THE X-MEN. And instead Fox is allegedly pursuing 1st time feature director Marcus Nispel. You remember him, I had him down as doing SWAT, but apparently he bailed on that (by the way remind me to tell you how incredible that script is). Now the 6'3" super slick music video and TV commercial director is in negotiations for X-MEN. Now this isn't confirmed yet, but from what my spy has said, I have been told Fox is being cautious due to the problems with Apt Pupil. (remember that thing in Entertainment Weekly a while back) Oh and while they're at it Apt Pupil may not see the light of your local multiplex due to the letigation against the filmmakers. This situation is similar to what happened to John Landis following what happened on Twilight Zone. Personally if the above is true then 20th Century Fox needs to get a pair and back their filmmaker. Bryan Singer has incredible talent. His skill was proven far and above that of mortal man with USUAL SUSPECTS, I say hold the project for him. Of course the big bad studio is all scared of the rep Bryan will have after the legal battle. Screw his rep, back his talent. What happened there was an example of spoiled brathood in my opinion. Bryan Singer is who "WE" the fans want to see DIRECT the X-MEN film. After this is up, go read the forum, FOX people, go see how the "FANS" feel about Singer being pulled from THE X-MEN. I bet it's sitting just dandy with all of us. Maaaaaaannnnnnnnn, this beauracratic namby-pamby "BS" really chaps my hide, how about you fans out there, post your feelings in the forum!!! By the way, ED SOLOMON's script was turned in yesterday!
