As one of the crown princes of cool, Tarantino, is one who's every action is watched in anticipation of cool news. Well, he has begun his writing sabbatical in Amsterdam. First I got the tip from a spy, then I did a little phone jockeying and sure enough... he's in Amsterdam.
Well those that know, know this is where Quentin goes to find his muse, to get away from it all and type like a motherfucker on his typewriter, laptop, whatever the hell it is he writes with... stone tablets?
So, he's writing... What is he writing? Well all that I know is he's composing his "Western" and an "original script".
It has long been hypothesized and assumed (beware of that word) that he would do an adaptation of Elmore Leonard's 3:10 TO YUMA... but since what I have heard was referred to as "his Western and an original script" I would take that to mean that the Western is an adaptation. Of course given the couple of uttered sentences that I got, to do any analyzation would be retarded as hell, so that's why I'm doing it.
I know also that in all liklihood he'll be writing for the next two months, so after that we should hear more. And as soon as I do, I'll let you know.
