New RESIDENT EVIL: APOCALYPSE hits the net with a gory splat!!!

Ahoy, squirts! Quint here with a little horror action for you folks out there. Below you'll find a link to the new RESIDENT EVIL: APOCALYPSE trailer over at YahooMovies. I like some of the stuff in the trailer... the CG effects look much better than the first film and I dig the survivalist horror genre... But the glimpse we get at the NEMESIS creature is pretty awful. Reminds me a little bit of Big Daddy Mars in Carpenter's failure GHOSTS OF MARS, which isn't a good thing. So, I still have no gauge on this film. It certainly doesn't look Uwe Boll-level of shittiness, but it doesn't give me any hope it'll live up to the mediocre Paul WS Anderson original. Time will tell, I guess.
