Brief On-Set Report on INSPECTOR GADGET

I want pictures!!! THis sounds too cool. The Saxman has come in with a report that just has me imagining weird as hell things happening to Broderick. Let's keep a close eye on this one folks, with Broderick and Rupert Everett (who has to steal the film) this is one I'm looking forward to in a train wreck/Christmas morning sorta way. Thank God Ahnult didn't land Gadget!
This is from an informant of mine working on the Disney lot, and he's 100%
reliable. It's not much, but hey, small steps, right?
"...I think I saw Matthew Broderick on the Disney lot yesterday
talking on his cel phone outside his trailer. This week, they're
beginning principal photography on "Inspector Gadget." I've been trying
to do some snooping while making runs around the lot and so far all I've
seen besides Matthew Broderick, are a bunch of trailers, equipment
trucks, and people dressed in lab coats. I also snuck a peek into a
soundstage. Most of what I could make out were laboratory and hospital
sets. Do yo know who else is in the movie? I noticed a door labeled
"D. Kellogg" on one of the trailers. Matthew Broderick's is labeled
"Gadget."
"....Oh, another bit of insider "Inspector Gadget" info. Today, outside
one of the soundstages, I saw an automobile which could very well be the
Gadget-mobile. The thing was that it looked like a souped up convertible
from the 60s/70s with a bunch of police lights and buttons and doo-hickeys
on the dashboard. Plus, as I've been noticing with a lot of the Inspector
Gadget-related stuff around the lot, the car was partly colored purple."
enjoy--
