Looks liike “Boomtown’s” days are numbered. Production of the show has reportedly been suspended indefinitely, and NBC revealed Tuesday it would pull the cops & lawyers drama from its Friday night schedule, bringing in reruns of “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” to fill the vacuum.
The network’s clueless “Clueless” retread from Darren Star (“Melrose Place,” “Sex and the City”), “Miss Match,” having taken a beating by CBS’ far better-written “Joan of Arcadia,” will move to 9 p.m. Its old slot will be filled this week by a repeat of “Queer Eye For the Straight Guy.”
