Hey folks, Harry here... God I loved SCHOOL OF ROCK - review is coming, I promise... but in the meanwhile... here's the latest on the Tenacious D movie... Actually, while the news is exciting as hell, in that we now know the film is "on the way" the reality is I'm a bit disappointed, as I thought the film was set to be called, "THE GREATEST MOVIE EVER MADE!" and now it is known as TENACIOUS D: IN THE PICK OF DESTINY. Which is Ok I suppose, but I just loved the unbridled enthusiasm of Tenacious D making, THE GREATEST MOVIE EVER MADE... I felt it was somehow fitting. Sigh...
Hey Harry,
long time... first time...
Anyway, don't know if anyone else has seen this yet but www.tenaciousd.com is reporting that TENACIOUS D: IN THE PICK OF DESTINY is already written and ready to begin production. It's rumored to be released at the end of 2004. For those of us who love Jack Black and all things D this is big news. As much as I am looking foward to The School of Rock, I think an actual Tenacious D movie is going to be well worth the price of admission.
If you use this, feel free to call me whatever.
P.S. Reloaded sucked and Kill Bill will rock in my humble opinion
