THE LIFE AND DEATH OF PETER SELLERS hits some unfortunate delays

Harry here... This is rather unfortunate. It seems that Geoffrey Rush's wife has taken quite ill in Australia and that Geoffrey has rushed to be at her side. Meanwhile, production on THE LIFE AND DEATH OF PETER SELLERS has taken a hiatus to give Geoffrey the time to take care of this rather unfortunate turn of events, but the film will be completed.
I find this particularly bizarre to find this morning, because last night I took in a wonderful double feature of Sellers' CASINO ROYALE and the sublime genius of THE PARTY. During the intermission between the two films, I was talking at length with some friends about this film and how bizarre Rush looked as Peter Sellers, about Charlize Theron as Britt Ekland and about the curse of Stephen Hopkins as a director. Then THE PARTY came on and...
...Frankly - the film in England ceased to exist and I was completely blown away by the genius of Hrundi V Bakshi. I see that the film is available on DVD, so I'll definitely be buying it, but I've just got to share this title with all of you that may not have heard of it. Sellers plays a well-meaning lovable Indian Actor that has come to Hollywood from Bombay to get some work on a big Hollywood production that he... ummm... destroys. Rather than being blacklisted he ends up invited to THE PARTY of the Studio Head is having. The result is possibly one of the most ingeniusly paced films I've ever seen. Beginning like most parties, with slow memorable moments and building and building and building till it is literally bubbling over in hilarity. Absolutely just loved the film to death.
So I came home and watched BEING THERE again, cuz I just wanted more Peter Sellers, the two films just were not enough! Hehehe... What a genius! I'm very curious about this Biopic, but ultimately I still have so many other Sellers flicks to dig through, what are your faves, beside the Kubrick flicks?
