FilmForce has certainly been the loudest advocate for THE LEAGUE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENTLEMEN over the course of the film’s production. Some of the things I’ve heard recently make me very, very nervous about this film, but I’ll say this: they finally got the posters right. I think these should have been in theaters at Christmas time, but better late than never, right?

June 16, 2003 - IGN FilmForce can provide you with the first look at a series of individual characters posters for The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. The Fox comic book flick opens July 11 so the studio's publicity machine is beginning to churn out Extraordinary items like the posters seen below.
While these individual posters are reminiscent of the current LXG film poster and of images seen at the official film site, they will be the first publicity materials to clearly spell out each League member to general audiences who are unfamiliar with the source material.
Be sure to notice in the four corners of each poster below that there are different symbols specific to that League member. For example, mad scientist "Dr. Jekyll" has a potion bottle whereas hunter "Allan Quatermain" has a knife.
