Hey folks, Harry here with news on Danny Boyle's next film. Now 28 DAYS LATER, which will be opening this year in the United States... I'll be writing a review of it very soon, but just felt I needed to bring something to your attention. Contrary to the trailers... this film is NOT a ZOMBIE MOVIE. They may claim that it is a ZOMBIE movie, but they are not telling the truth. It is a VIRUS movie... The Virus is something akin to Rabies, which incubates in the victim for about 30 seconds before they begin raging out and want to rip you to pieces. However, they are not REANIMATED CORPSES aka ZOMBIES. They are "infected" and that's how they are referred to in the film. It is a very good film, just not a Zombie film, so don't get your hopes up for Zombies... instead think OMEGA MAN, NO BLADE OF GRASS and ANDROMEDA STRAIN.

I was shopping in Didsbury, Manchester, England last week when I spied a camera crew on the opposite side of the road. In the middle of the crew was the one and only Danny Boyle shooting his new movie.
We were stopped from moving across the shot and had to wait for the scene to be filmed. The action was set in the local Pizza Hut and the crew were filming a scene where two young lads leave the Pizza Hut and cross the road towards the crew.
As they moved out of shot a small group of 'Big Issue' (a magazine sold by homeless to raise money for themselves not sure if they have them over your neck of the woods!) sellers leave the Pizza Hut and have an animated discussion.
I asked the two lads who stopped us from passing what the film was and I was surprised to hear that it was NOT a drugged up crazy violent music riddled bad ass hallucinogenic masterpiece but a children's movie called 'The Millionaire's.
It seems Mr Boyle has changed his direction. I can't wait !!
