X-Men is moving forward!!!

We've all been dying for Marvel to get their act into gear, and it looks like it's beginning to happen. Ed Solomon (Men In Black) is about to hand in the Final Draft of X-Men (sometime in the next couple of weeks). While reports from a computer magazine would have you believe they will cast complete unknowns, this is like Lucas saying he was going to cast complete unknowns in the Prequels. Ewan, Natalie, Liam, Samuel are all people we haven't seen on screen before.... Right? Right now the effects are looking like they will be being done at Digital Domain. Reports are that over in R & D at the big DD you will find ice bridges being formed out of midair. Bryan Singer will begin work as soon as he has finished all work on Apt Pupil. Then it'll be time to kickass. The summer 1999 is tentative, I have heard even earlier Christmas 1998. But this is a Marvel project, and a superhero project, and they seem to bounce all over the calendars. The Apocalypse storyline was the storyline in the earlier drafts, it is not known if this storyline will be continued in the Solomon drafts.
