Harry here, I know I'm in the minority here on the site when I say I'm looking forward to this, but setting a Grease 20th Reunion film smack dab in the nostalgia craze of the Seventies, when Sha-Na-Na and Do Wop was leading to disco... well, hehehe, It could be... So ... Much... Fun! Personally with the BeeGees dying on us, I'd get Paul Williams to write all the lyrics and music with whatever surviving Gibbs there may be and just pull out the stops. Watching Travolta dance and sing with Olivia again would be magic. Magic in the way it was to see Kelly dance in XANADU... One of those beautiful sighs... Unless of course it sucked, in which case it'd be one of those tragic, you can't unleash greased lightning twice from an old tube of that lube. We'll see, but I'll be following this film through production with great interest.
The Daily Telegraph Newspaper here in Sydney says Olivia Newton John and John Travolta "officially" signed on for "Grease 3" this week. However, Newton-John debunked the rumour that Kylie Minogue is playing the daughter - apparently they've decided not to go with Kylie. Good news for Grease fans...its on.
