Antoine Fuqua leaves STRANGERS ON A TRAIN remake... Proves he has good sense!

Hey folks, Harry here... Remember when I wrote the piece about Antoine Fuqua and STRANGERS ON A TRAIN (Click Here To Recall) Weeeeelllllll, seems that Antoine came to his senses and left the project because now... The Kopelson's and Warner Brothers are looking for a new director to come in and direct this remake as written by Rand Ravich & David Seltzer.

I'm delighted that Antoine Fuqua left the project because after TRAINING DAY and after what Beaks told us about TEARS OF THE SUN, there's a good chance that Mr Fuqua is on a very strong path to quality significant work... This is GOOD! Having an emerging quality filmmaker leave a remake of a classic perfect film, shows backbone. I can't wait to see what spineless worm of a no-good hack sits down to direct this one. Don't ya kinda hope that Paul "HACK" Anderson does it. I mean, he's such a talented... ______________ (insert your favorite expletive)!!!

Take care!
