You know how Fred Flintstone grows beard? Or Homer Simpson? Those beards that grow back as they shave? Well, Nick Nunziata, king swingin’ dick over at CHUD.COM, has that kind of beard. I saw it actually attack and kill a man one afternoon when Nick was feeling surly.
I have no idea what any of that has to do with Ang Lee’s HULK, except that Nick just sent me this e-mail, which contains the single best description I’ve read so far of what ILM is doing with their designs for the creature:

I spoke to Josh Lucas (no relation to Lucas Hass, George Lucas, or Milos Forman) about his Roman epic SWEET HOME ALABAMA and got a few tidbits on his work in HULK. Apparently he's seen the beast. He'sh got it in hish shites...

I hope we see him in a trailer soon. Just a taste. Just enough to make people crazy. Because if they’ve done what Josh Lucas seems to be saying they’ve done... it WILL drive people crazy...
