Hey folks, Harry here with news about a movie that unfortunately will one day exist. We can hope that Jan De Bont will regain form, that Angelina Jolie gets it right this time and that the script isn't as ridiculously awful as the treatment they had for it was. This was literally one of the worst treatments I've ever read in my entire life. Anyway... At least Roger Ebert will be happy about this... He really dug the first one. Sigh...

Long time...first time...yada yada yada...
I dont know if your interested but I was checking out the brilliant Red Dwarf site about their new movie (which is in production) and there was a related link about Chris Barrie (who plays the hilarious but oh, so sad, Rimmer) who played the shotgun wielding bulter Hillary in Tomb Raider.
It seems he was such a hit that they want to greatly expand his part. I am not suprised by this as apart from AJ's bongos and Noah Taylor, Chris Barries part was the best bit in the movie.
Rumors say that Jan de Bont is in the frame for the big chair and that the second movie will have a more 'science-fiction-y' feel than the first movie. I for one am happy with this as they couldnt have gone further off track with the first one if they hired Paul Anderson to direct it.
Also it seems Jon Voigt enjoyed working opposite his daughter so much that he has expressed an interest in the next one.
