SPAWN II

Spawn was another hit for New Line, though I thought film was fairly middle of the road, I would like a sequel if they thought their story telling out a bit more. Grossing over 50 million this economic special effects blockbuster opened to mixed but mostly positive reviews. It was an instant teenager hit. The sequel Spawn 2 ( Working Title ) is already being planned. McFarlane apparently wants Executive Producing credits and wants to assist with scripting and editing. He liked the first movie but though the story was a bit muddled after a huge edit to makle it Pg-13. Producers are thinking of releasing two prints of the film at the same time. A PG-13 version and an uncut R, or possibly nc-17 version.
