Just thought I'd let you know what I read in a shitty British DVD magazine the other day. I was flicking through its pages at the newspaper stand, and was about to put it down, when the title of a column short caught my eye: "Baz Luhrman to direct James Bond?". Baz was quoted as saying "I've made all the films I wanted to make, so now I have to think about projects that will make my life worthwhile" (or something like that)and then said "I'd love James Bond to be one of those projects. I had previously heard rumours that he wasn't going to direct any more films, due to the reasons that he mentions above - he's made all he wants to make, so I'm pretty convinced that this is true. Can't see the studio letting him play around with the franchise though . . .
