Hey folks, Harry here... So, the next Cameron Crowe film will be in the style of SAY ANYTHING... Hmmm, does this mean we'll get a character as sublimely perfect as the genius of Lloyd Dobler? One can only give up offerings to the various deity of choice that this be so. Personally I'll offer my sacrifice to AKU!!!
A few words about Cameron Crowe's next movie!
As for Cameron Crowe, the director passed on CATCH ME IF YOU CAN with Leonardo DiCaprio to instead work on his own script for his next project. While out promoting VANILLA SKY, the director said it would be a complete 180 from SKY and would be more like his earlier projects. "It's a little bit like the style of JERRY MAGUIRE," Crowe says, "but it's an ensemble character comedy-drama. It's actually more like SAY ANYTHING." He went on to say that he's half-finished with the script but gave no hints on when filming would begin.
Check it out! It's good stuff!

Hey folks, Harry here... turns out that JM above didn't properly reference the source material. The original story appeared on EmpireOnline!
Hi,
Just wanted to mention that the Cameron Crowe story stating that his next film will be in the style of Say Anything (http://www.aintitcool.com/display.cgi?id=11314) is actually from an interview conducted by me for Empire Online (CLICK HERE FOR THE ORIGINAL STORY!!!) If you could alter the article to credit us I'd be much obliged.
