LETHAL WEAPON 4 screening!!

Well this ain't much of a review, in fact part of me thinks this could be written by someone who read information on a couple of sites and is just screwing with us. Except someone told me this screening took place. So, here's this ditty. Everything about this project astounds me. Warners is throwing tons of money to make this project happen fast, they're throwing it on the screen immediately after ARMAGEDDON opens, personally I'd hold off for the first of August where it would rule the world. But hey far be it from me to tell Warners what to do, I'd never dream of doing that. Besides, if they did that I'd have to wait longer to see Jet Li kick cinematic ass, and no sane geek should have to wait for that. So here's Captain Cold's review...

okay here's the deal. I snuck into a crew screening of Lethal Weapon 4 today thanks to my {BLANK} who was a {BLANK} on the film. Anyway, I missed most of the first scene because we waited until it started to sneak in but from what I can tell it's basically Mel and Danny fighting the flamethrower guy from the trailer. And it ends with the 76 tanker exploding.

anyway I was suprised as I was strapped on to what has got to be the funniest rollercoaster ride in awhile. This made me remember why the other Lethals were so good - it comes down to Mel and Danny. And Joey, who's now a Private Investigator that recovers lost dogs - or something like that. There's as many laughs as punches (and with Jet Li there's plenty!). There's an unbelivable freeway chase and an end fight to beat all end fights!! Jet Li takes on Mel AND Danny!! It's pretty awesome. I heard that Richard Donner worked with some Hong Kong film director for the fight scenes with Jet.

anyway I don't want to totally spoil it - but prepare to be suprised. Lethal 4 is definitely a cool - mixing the best wstern action film with the best asian action film.

Later,

Capt. Cold

- don't mention my {BLANK} was a {BLANK} as it may get {BLANK} in trouble
