Hey New Yorkers, this ones just for yous guys. Due to the IRON MONKEY ad thing yesterday, Miramax wants to begin to make it up to yous guys. Specifically in the form of free tickets as a starter... Then they'll be releasing IRON MONKEY, which despite that ad... really is a phenomenal fricking Kung Fu movie! Tremendous to the umpteenth degree. While CROUCHING TIGER HIDDEN DRAGON was art, IRON MONKEY is fucking FUN! And the chance to see the film on the big screen, subtitled and restored to glorious beauty! Damn my friends... that's cool. It is important that we support Miramax with this, because this is the first of their rereleases of Kung Fu Hong Kong epics that kept the original audio track and didn't dub the dang thing. Maybe, if this is successful, we'll see more treated like this! Which would be.... GOOOOOD, not bad. But enough of that, I'll review IRON MONKEY later on today...
