Hey, True Believers!
With the art flying in as fast as we can hang it up on our own Wall of Honor, I thought you'd like an update on who is contributing to HEROES, our tribute book to those who proved their amazing bravery during the terrible tragedy of September 11th.
Recent additions include Carlos Pacheco, Salvador Larroca, Art Thibert, Bob Layton, Phil Hester, Jose Villarubia, Tom Palmer, Jim Krueger, Dale Keown, Tom Raney, and Joe Madueria. And yesterday Joe Quesada told me that the Watchmen team of Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons have reunited on their own contribution! I apologize if I've repeated names or left anyone off, but this place is like Grand Central Station at rush hour!
In any event, we're continually touched by the text and art that is arriving on an hourly basis. In fact, feast your eyes on this powerful piece by Dale Keown. Only one word to describe it: Incredible.
Also, feast your eyes on this painting by the legendary Tom Palmer. Truly inspiring.
